The Calm Hour is a free monthly 1 hour guided meditation and mindfulness evening created to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect - with yourself and with calm.
Led by experienced meditation teacher Jane Otton, this live Zoom session is a gentle, welcoming space for anyone seeking more ease, clarity, and balance in their life. Whether you're completely new to meditation or you’ve tried it before and want to feel the benefits more deeply, this session is for you.
Each 60-minute gathering includes:
A calming breath and grounding practice
A soothing, guided meditations to ease tension and quiet the mind
Mindful reflections to reconnect with the present
