What to expect

Join Jane Otton, founder and head teacher at Calm Mind College, for a live 1 hour online meditation held on the first Monday of every month.

This is your time to soften, slow down, and nourish your nervous system - a personal reset in a supportive, welcoming environment. 

This session is open to everyone, whether you’re brand new to meditation, have tried it a few times or you’re ready to deepen your personal practice.

In the 60 minutes together, you'll experience:
