This is your time to step out of the noise of daily life and reconnect with a sense of calm within.

You’ll be gently guided through a simple meditation designed to help your body relax and your mind settle - even if you’re completely new to meditation.

 

Whether you join live or listen later, you’ll be guided into a state of calm, clarity and ease.

 

In this 60-minute session, you’ll be guided through:

A grounding and breath awareness practice

✔ A soothing meditation to calm your nervous system

Simple ways to observe your thoughts with more ease​​

✔ A calm, supportive space where you can simply show up and be guided

Hi I'm Jane - founder and head teacher at Calm Mind College.

I’ve trained students across Australia and internationally to guide meditation with clarity and confidence.

 

Many people begin exactly where you might be now - curious, but unsure how to meditate in a way that actually feels natural.

What I’ve seen, time and time again, is how quickly things shift when meditation is taught in a simple, clear and supportive way.

 

The Calm Hour is a space to experience meditation in a way that feels accessible, grounded and real.

You don’t need any experience to join - just come as you are.
